What does Open
Source Software/Solutions (OSS) mean and how can it benefit me?
Open source software
refers to computer software and the availability of its source code as
open source under an open source license to study, change, and improve
its design. BENEFITS: Support - The open source community provides
support in several ways, including documentation, FAQs, bug reports, webrings,
mailing lists, and more. Open source support is being supplied by a
number of leading ISVs (independent software vendors) and OEMs (original
equipment manufacturers), including Oracle, BMC, Red Hat, IBM, HP, and
others. HP provides multiple levels of training on Linux from simple
administration to advanced driver development. Hardware and software
products from these industry leaders that include open source solutions
are covered by enterprise-class support agreements. Support is just one
element of a solution that these companies include as part of a total
package solution.

Are you
licensed to do business?
Yes. We have current

and Utah, USA.

Can you
provide us with localized training of our specific business applications?
Yes. Firstly, we
need to study your application(s) and business processes so we can
develop the right training program for you. We also want to help you fit
your applications around your business processes, as much as possible,
and not the other way around. Recently, we developed and presented
specialized IT training for a local medical practice - the feedback was
very positive.

Can you
engineer an automated solution for our city water system?
Yes. We have
experience in automation and control engineering and implementation. We
recently delivered a HMI/SCADA application for a legacy water control
system (HMI/SCADA = Human Machine Interface/Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition); the application uses the following products and
technologies: National Instruments' Lookout software development
environment; Zetron's Model 17XX Controller/RTU radio system using the
MODBUS protocol. The application runs on Microsoft Windows XP Pro and
uses a standard RS-232 interface to Zetron equipment. The computer
controller application is an event-driven, object-oriented system that
monitors storage tank and booster tank levels and controls well pumps to
ensure adquate water levels and equipment status. The application talks
to the remote wells and pumps via a Zetron wireless communications sytem
- no phone lines for PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
